Price of cars differs with the size of car. Small families can hire a small car while big groups can use our mini buses.
Check best rate with us contact us. All our cars are clean and well maintained. Our guides and drivers are courteous and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can always discuss your plan with our staff on field to make it more worthwhile. Pick up and drop to nearby Indian airport railway stations are also arranged. India part of the journey we use Indian cars. You just have to give us your train/flight timing.

Car rental confirmation:
To confirm our cars we take initial 30% advance. Once the advance is received we confirm your desired car.
We will give you guide and driver number few days before your trip commences. Guide cost is extra and you pay that directly to the guide.
Car rental cancellation and refund policy
Once the advance is paid and car rental confirmed following cancellation policy is applicable.
- Cancellation done 30 days before the commencement of the trip we deduct INR500 as administrative fees.
- Cancellation done Between 30 to 14 days of the start of the trip 50% of the advance is refunded.
- Cancellation done between 14 to 7 days of the start of the trip only 25% is refunded.
- No refund for cancellations done in less than 7 days of the start of the trip.
Do cars come with driver and guide?
All our vehicles come with a driver and the driver allowance is included in the vehicle rental charges.
Guide hire charges is not included in the car rental charges
Guide is compulsory in Bhutan and you have to pay the guide separately. Usually guides charges INR2000/day for small groups and INR3000/day for bigger groups.
